You want to surround yourself with people who are serious about growth
You are willing to give AND open to receive
You know you have more potential and are eager to unleash it
You are smart and you know it
You have personal insight, knowing your strengths and weaknesses, attitudes and beliefs
You want to live more from the heart, and use the mind as a tool but not as the captain
Who this is NOT for...
You enjoy being in your comfort zone and rather stay there
You still have a lot of trauma’s and are easily triggered by others
You are unable to open up to others
You always need to be right
You are unwilling to help others grow
You are not ready to grow yourself
You are not ready to face your ‘demons’ (blind spots)
You work only for money, and only for personal gain

What is a mastermind group?
Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success.
Mastermind group facilitators start and run groups. They help the group dive deeply into discussions, and work with members to create success — as each member defines it. Facilitators are the secret to thriving mastermind groups. I’ve seen plenty of groups fail because of poor leadership.
Through a mastermind group process, first you create a goal, then design a plan to achieve it. The group helps you with creative ideas and wise decisions-making. Then, as you begin to implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group.
Success stories are applauded (loudly!), and problems are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
"You can accomplish more in one year by being involved with a mastermind group than you can in a lifetime not being involved with a mastermind group." ~Napoleon Hill, Think & Grow Rich
Benefit of a Mastermind Group: Compressing decades into days...

Personal growth: Real growth happens outside of your comfort zone. The group pushes you to go there
Focus: Share your goals and action plan with others and you are much more likely to take massive action on it
Network: Your network is your net worth. Your network expands through others
Knowledge: The life experience of other peers will be readily available to you
Critical honest feedback: The help and insight of others gives you fresh perspectives
Motivation: Each member shares successes, and challenges. Seeing them break through the challenges gives you the energy and belief you can also achieve this
